We want you to love your TotPack. If it’s not the right fit for your family, we’re here to help.

The TotPack Made To Last Guarantee

TotPack is designed to last for years—and to be used, loved, and even passed along.

We stand behind the quality of every TotPack we make. If your TotPack experiences an issue due to a defect in materials or workmanship, please reach out to us at hello@thetotpack.com.

We will repair or replace your TotPack at our discretion.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We provide a discounted shipping label for a small fee. 

Trying Your TotPack

We understand you’ll want to try on your TotPack to ensure it’s the right fit for you and your baby.

Your TotPack must remain in like-new condition to be eligible for return and may not show signs of wear, outdoor use, or extended use.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original condition, including the TotPack dust bag in which it was received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thetotpack.com with your order number.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.

Condition of Returns
Because TotPack is used for carrying children, all returned items must be in like-new condition. Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
